Hypertension. High blood pressure.


4. To lower bloodpressure.
(very often the cause of headache)


Press the centrepoint at the edge of the skull  for about 5 sec.
 

Next you do is to press the bloodartery in the neck very deep so it blocks the blood stream..! At this moment the patient has to take a deep breath, release the pressurepoint at exhaling... repeat on the other side. No more than twice each side...! Bloodpressure will drop by many points...

A diet, without medication, will take care of the problem.
